Every food has a memory – The Foodmemory .
I used to have this Kadak paav at my aunt’s place in thane, it was this fresh bread - cispy yet soft. Its the homemade version of Bun maska.
Its similar to the famous – brun pav bread, we got it from a nearby bakery in Pune and it made our breakfast easy – typical Mumbaiya Maska Pav.
Simply sprinkle some sugar on a buttered slice – dip it in chai or coffee – and you go back to the Memory Lane.
