I want to dedicate this post to someone who has made a huge impact on my way of cooking. I think not just me, like me there are thousands of us who just love listening to him, talk about food and it's technique, it's history, everything about it.
I always cooked for taste, never studied or remembered anything about it, but I've been binge watching his YouTube videos and my god totally, understanding and studying about recipes and its techniques. Currently am loving it.
Yups, this post is about our favorite chef - Ranveer Brar.
I had eaten this dish number of times at restaurants but never ever knew how to pronounce it's name, forget about cooking it. And in his MasterChef class on pasta you realize . What it is about pasta you never knew and should know.
I won't mention the recipe here, please watch his video, classic tutorial - listen , learn and prepare.. it will be tastier than any restaurant dish and it gets completed in TEN mins - yups that simple.
