Overnight Oats - Easy Quick recipe

OVERNIGHT OATS is one of my first recipe which I included in my diet to have clean eating lifestyle about 3 years back. this is a perfect recipe which can be made beforehand for your busy mornings ahead.




You need -
  1. Rolled oats - 2 tbsp
  2. Chia seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  3. Milk of your choice - 1 C
  4. Water - 1/4 C
  5. Fruits of your choice which goes with milk
  6. Honey - optional



You do -
  1. Rinse oats thoroughly before use - just like you wash the pulses.
  2. Let oats boil with water.
  3. Add milk slowly, stirring occasionally. Let this boil.
  4. Switch off. Add Chia seeds. Let this rest overnight.
  5. If you stay in hotter places, then let this cool down n can keep in refrigerator.
  6. In morning, you can have this cold or warm it a bit as per your choice.
  7. Have it with sliced fruit and drizzled honey.


Few Optional things you can do -
  • Add dry fruits of your choice
  • Add seeds like flax seeds, pumpkin seeds of your liking.
  • Add anything to make is healthier - avoid sugar or any added flavours.

Have it clean as is  and start your day.
