Takachi Kadhi / Spiced tempered buttermilk/ Kadhi

Takachi Kadhi / Spiced tempered buttermilk/ Kadhi -- is our special dish today. 
My little foodie girl loves to drink this hot like a soup.

This is mostly made alongside Khichdi or sometimes instead of Dal, like today.

This is literally two ingredients and a two step healthiest dish. #recipepost 
0️⃣ Beat about 1 tbsp Besan (gramflour) in 3-4 cups buttermilk (I prefer doing it is mixer). Add salt, turmeric pwd, sugar. 
1️⃣ In hot ghee, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds. Once spluttered, add above mix of step 1. Stir continuously till boiling starts. Let it boil for about 5 mins. 
2️⃣ (Optional) In Hot ghee, temper curry leaves, crushed garlic and few beshi whole red chillies. Add this over tha kadhi.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, khichdi or chapatis. Or add some pakoda and have kadhi pakoda. Just slurp it off.
