Kadak Paav | Bun Maska | Maska Brun Paav

Kadak Paav

I used to have this Kadak paav at my aunt’s place in thane, it was this fresh breadcispy yet soft. Its the homemade version of Bun maska.
Its similar to the famous – brun pav bread, we got it from a nearby bakery in Pune and it made our breakfast easy – typical Mumbaiya Maska Pav.


Simply sprinkle some sugar on a buttered slice – dip it in chai or coffee – and you go back to the Memory Lane.
