I’m currently in the phase where I say – I’m trying to bake this or that. So currently I have been browsing thousands of baking recipes and trying out couple of them.
So headers with Easy-Simple attract me, I had bookmarked one such recipe - Easy Blender Banana Cake.
I did couple of modifications to the original recipe;
- Used our regular sugar – powdered it with help of mixer.
- Used unsalted butter instead of vegetable oil.
- Used chunky almonds to make it nutty and enhance the look
Every week, we bring atleast half a dozen of bananas hoping to have one daily but sometimes we tend to over-ripe them; so over the weekend I always scratch my head and get creative by preparing new recipes involving those, like the ones I’ve posted earlier – Pancakes , Ice-cream , Wheatflour pancakes , Sweet sheera. Now this banana cake is also included in the list.
If you like bananas you would love this cake; we loved it
